Great evening at NWMO AHEC exploring the anatomy of Dogfish Sharks! 🦈
Huge thanks to the UMKC–St. Joseph Campus medical students for sharing your expertise and mentoring our pipeline students. Your support helps inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals!
Fun fact: Both medical students that led the workshop tonight are local and one of them started in our ACES program in high school and is now in her 3rd year of medical school!⭐️

The NWMO AHEC team, along with current medical students from KCU and ATSU, spent the past two days participating in the My Success event, engaging with local students who are passionate about pursuing careers in healthcare.

It was an incredible opportunity to connect with the next generation of healthcare professionals, hear their stories, and share resources to help guide their career paths.
