Summer is accepting a few new clients!!! Summer has narrowed the focus of her practice to what she does BEST-working with children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive patterns, relational and childhood trauma! Summer uses a very unique approach involving the integration of attachment science, interpersonal neurobiology, EMDR, CBT, and christian spirituality (as desired). Also exciting, I will be conducting an Emotions Education 101 class late spring! Learn how to FEEL and DEAL so your emotions aren't wreaking havoc on your body, mind, or your relationships. Just watched the first episode of this! Great Docuseris on mental health and trauma. “The question is not what is wrong with you. The question is what happened to you.” I am also incredibly stoked that Prince Harry received EMDR for his trauma and is spreading the word about this amazingly effective treatment. One that I have had the privilege to provide and to help hundreds of clients find freedom and healing!!!
