Facials are so incredibly relaxing to the nervous system. One of my favorite things about Gua Sha is the stress relief it provides. Our face holds so many emotions, so when we gently smooth out the forehead, we are helping release stored emotions, too! By combining the soothing techniques of Gua Sha and facial massage with Reiki, we are supporting a relaxed state for our nervous system.

Gua Sha is a highly effective practice that helps minimize lines, tones the skin and supports a healthy complexion. What’s really beautiful about this tool is that it encourages the body’s own healing abilities so our intentions may be to minimize lines but we are doing so much more by really working with the lymphatic system.

-Seasonal Massage Oil: Ashwagandha + Kava Chai Body Oil
-Pumpkin + Vit C Mask
-Hot Stone Massage
-Reiki
-Lymphatic Drainage

We will be working with Ashwagandha and Kava to deeply reset and recharge. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen (it helps the body adapt to stress) and is a powerful aid for the nervous system. (This is a wonderful plant to work with during Autumn and we will share more ways on how to incorporate it into your life.) Kava Kava is a dreamy herb that is known for its relaxing effects. We’ll be blending these herbs with a Chai mix and the aromatics are powerful for helping shift our nervous system into a state of calm.

For the facial, we are bringing in pumpkin and lots of aromatic spice! The aromatherapy of this facial is divine and includes a pumpkin & vit. C mask.
