An inclusive community where all people have value. Through the local tax levy, funding is provided to a number of local organizations.

We provide Support Coordination services for individuals with developmental disabilities in Buchanan County..Our Family Navigators can also assist families and individuals with applying for services and finding resources to fit individual needs Our Education Liaison provides a bridge of support between families and the school district. Advocates from across the state will head to the Missouri State Capitol for Disability Rights Legislative Day (DRLD) on February 25, a powerful day of visibility and advocacy! PCS is hosting a Watch Party for those who aren’t able to attend DRLD in person. Zoom options may be available. This powerful, funny, and honest film follows Samuel Habib as he navigates adulthood, independence, and relationships as a young disabled man—with the help of a community of disability activists.

Film Synopsis: Samuel Habib is a typical 21-year-old, itching to move out, start a career, and find love. But no one tells you how to be an adult, let alone an adult with a disability. Can a community of disability activists help him follow his dreams?
