October 28th is National First Repsonders Day.

🚒🚓🚑 Today we honor our heroes.
On National First Responders Day, we celebrate the brave men and women who run toward danger when the rest run away. From the SJFD, we would like to say thank you to all the firefighters, police officers, EMTs, paramedics, and dispatchers who put their lives on the line every day to keep our communities safe. Your courage and dedication never go unnoticed, and we are grateful to be able to work along side each and every one of you. 💙❤️🤍

With all the questions surrounding e-bikes and motorized scooters, we wanted to build a graphic that makes it a bit easier for parents to understand the different classifications of these devices, and what your kids are allowed to ride. Hopefully this can help act as a buying guide for anyone looking to purchase one of these in the future as well.
This is based on the current Minnesota statutes already in place, and must followed state wide, not just in Sartell.

Although we are still discussing a potential city ordinance, these state laws are in effect now.
Two of the safety concerns that we are still seeing frequently is kids without helmets, and not stopping at intersections. So, we are again asking for parents help to make sure that you are teaching your kids how to ride safe, and always wear a helmet. Everyone under 18 riding an e-bike or motorized scooter is required to wear a helmet.

CSB Parking Notice Over Winter Break!

All students with a vehicle on the CSB campus are asked to park in Lot #12 (the gravel lot) over Winter Break. If lot #12 is full, please park in lot #18 (the Athletic Complex lot).

This includes BOTH students staying on campus with a vehicle over break and students leaving a vehicle on campus while they are away on break.

Employees should park in employee lots during their work shift. Employee vehicles left overnight on the CSB campus for any reason must be moved to lots #12 or #18.

These parking arrangements are necessary to allow for snow removal in parking lots. Failure to park your vehicle in the appropriate lot may result in ticketing and/or your vehicle being TOWED at your expense.

All vehicles in lot #12 must have a current/valid CSB or SJU parking permit. You can get a temporary permit at the CSB security office if needed.
