We’re ready to help your family fight flu, COVID, and RSV as we head into the fall and winter seasons! We will be offering influenza vaccines and COVID-19 vaccines at well visits and vaccination events starting this month. For more information and to make your child’s appointment, please click here!

We also plan to carry Beyfortus, an injection of antibodies against RSV, for our patients under 8 months old and a very limited group of patients aged 8 months to 19 months old who meet pre defined high risk criteria. We will reach out to eligible families via email when this is available later this fall!

Due to severe weather, Pediatric Services will close at 4pm today, Wednesday February 22nd, to ensure that our staff can get home safely. At this time, we do plan to open at 9:30 am tomorrow, Thursday February 23rd. Our after-hours line will remain open if you have any immediate concerns. We hope that you and your family will stay safe and warm during this potentially record breaking snowfall!

To meet the current high demand, Pediatric Services has added additional flu and COVID-19 vaccination clinics! They will be held on Tuesday, 11/15 from 5-8pm and Thursday, 11/17 from 4-8pm. At these clinics we will offer flu shots, flu mist, and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines (both primary series and bivalent booster) for ages 5+.

We also have availability for flu shots and Pfizer bivalent boosters on Saturday, 11/26- great for students over Thanksgiving break!

Like other pediatric offices across the country, we are experiencing a large volume of illness at this time, including many cases of RSV and influenza A. You may experience less appointment availability for ill visits, longer wait times in clinic, and longer wait times for providers and triage nurses to return phone calls or portal messages. We appreciate your patience and kindness as we work our hardest to provide care to as many patients as possible.

Many viral illness symptoms, including those caused by influenza and RSV, can be managed at home with symptomatic cares and/or over the counter medications and do not require an office visit. We encourage you to continue to use home antigen tests for COVID-19 when appropriate.

Please help us stop the spread of illness by staying home when you’re feeling ill, covering your cough, washing your hands, and getting vaccinated against COVID-19 and influenza.
