Weather was on our side this afternoon for our very first ‘Workout in the Park’! ⛅️

Thanks to all of our members who showed up to get a workout in OUTSIDE with ALL of our coaches 💪 What a great way to spend some time on a Saturday; followed by getting some drinks afterwards?! C’mon now 👏👏👏

We are so grateful for all of our members and it really is put into perspective when we can come together on occasions like this! Be on the lookout for more events like this popping up as we get into the full spring swing

You bring the mats, we'll provide the workout 💪 Feel free to bring a guest(s) to join in on the fun! Great excuse to get outside and see each other in an environment that's not the studio.

Grab a shoe, a water jug, or anything you can balance — get creative! 😎

Set up two markers about 15–20 yards apart and let’s get to work 👇

➡️ 1 Turkish Get-Up (left)
➡️ Walking Inchworms across
➡️ 5 Burpees 🔥
➡️ Bear Crawl back 🐻
➡️ 1 Turkish Get-Up (right)

Now here’s the twist…
Each round, add a rep to your TGUs AND burpees
(1 + 5, 2 + 6, 3 + 7…)

Complete 3–5 rounds and see how far you can go before it catches up to you 😏
