I should probably stay away from Triple X but they have such good stuff !!!😁😁😁.. helpful and answer all my questions ❤️..
Help with loading.. but not unloading 🤔🤔.. lol
I probably need to get a massage 😅

Another wonderful visit to see Dr. Rob..
Lol never thought a wild cat would be ok with adjustments. But while he's working on her she just purrs.. squirming a little.. and definitely tell she's all happy when he gets things lined up.😁😁..
I also feel loads better 😌 ☺️.. just wish I didn't have to drive home 😅..

Sore muscles??
It's always nice to give them a good rub. If you can't get in for a massage here's a warming salve that will stimulate blood flow and healing.. and some magnesium if you need help with muscle cramps.
Or if your cold in this up and down weather i just put a dash of cayenne in my personal massage oil 🥰..
