Happy Thanksgiving! We are thankful for our amazing patients, and we wish you a joyful and healthy holiday spent with loved ones. As you celebrate, we hope you can reflect on the blessings in your life. Thank you for trusting us with your healthcare; we are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and the community.

Both the St. Marys and Sheffield offices are closed today. Sheffield will remain closed tomorrow. St. Marys has limited hours tomorrow. Both office with reopen with normal business hours on Monday.

Pain, Spine & Joint Center of the Alleghenies is proud to annouce a new addition to our staff! Please help us welcome medical provider Jenn Cappiello, PA-C to the St. Mary's office!

A message from Jenn:

"Hello!
My name is Jenn Cappiello, I am a board certified Physician Assistant born and raised in Elk County.
I am a graduate of Ridgway Area High School, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University. I received my Master of Health Science from Lock Haven University and began my career in medicine in 2018. Since then I have worked in the urgent care and family practice setting.
Outside of work I enjoy the outdoors, cooking, reading, and spending time with my family.
I am excited to join the wonderful team at Pain Spine and Joint, and hope to add to the exceptional care they have provided their patients. It is truly an honor and privilege to serve the community that has raised me and I look forward to doing so with PSJ!"
