The newest class that I completed last weeks allows me to practice CranioSacral therapy, also known as CST.

It is a light touch approach to release deep tension in the body. When we have stress and strains your body absorbs them. Your body can only handle so much tension before it affects the tissues in your body. This can potentially affect the brain and spinal cord , compromising the central nervous system.

CranioSacral therapy releases tension and allows the body to relax and self correct.

Acute stroke
