We are saddened to announce the passing of Mr. Leroy R. Matthews, 81 of 202 Pearl St. St. Matthews. Mr. Matthews passed away on Sunday, February 8 at MUSC in Orangeburg, SC. Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
