❤️Family Counseling🤗
This award goes to an individual who has created a family dynamic change to improve quality of life for all members. Nominees include; therapists, case managers, physicians, or other individuals directly working with families.
🤩Child Counseling and Support😎
This award goes to an individual who works with children and young adults on creating positive changes in their lives. Nominees include; therapists, case managers, physicians, or other individuals directly working with children and young adults.
✊Substance Abuse/Recovery😃
This award goes to a individual working with individuals focused on substance use recovery. Nominees include; therapists, case managers, physicians, peer supports/mentors, or other individuals directly working with individuals working on substance use recovery.
😃Adult Behavioral Health and Counseling❤️
This award goes to an individual who works with adults with mental illness or other behavioral health issues. This would include someone who works with older adults with mental health issues, as well someone working with persons with serious mental illness (SMI). This category also includes those who work with adults with general (non SMI) behavioral health issues. Nominees include physicians, nurses, therapists, counselors, case managers or peer support specialists who work directly with the service recipient(s)
🤗Integrated Behavioral Health & Physical Health Care❤️
This award goes to someone who provides behavioral health services in a setting that integrates behavioral health care and physical health care. This would include a nominee that works for a primary care provider that offers a full array of behavioral health services in the same location or a behavioral health provider that offers primary health care in the same location. Nominees include physicians, nurses, therapists, counselors, case managers or peer support specialists who work directly with the service recipient(s)
