Tools and routines I wish I would have utilized while working for corporate. Tools and routines you can utilize daily regardless if you work or not.
This can be utilized in the morning to ground your body, in the afternoon for a reset, or in the evening for your wind down.
I try to start with a grounding scent. I love my AguaFlorida spray from . You can use your own essential oils that make you feel calm, or awakened.
Burn baby burn some palo santo or sage, clear out the stagnant energy. Bring in energy of peace and love.
Breathe, one hand to your heart and one to your belly, you can place blocks under your elbows for height support. Breathe through your nose into your belly and link your breath into your heart, think belly, breath, out. Exhaling out your mouth. is beyond helpful in this. Keep this rhythm for 3 mins or so and feel your nervous system soften.
Take a child pose with blocks under your hands, release tension in your neck, back, and torso. Open your hips.
Give it a whirl. You won't be disappointed. If you're still in your head, know that is 100% ok, as this is a practice, and it gets easier over time.
