Our Story

Eating, Elevated: Naturally nourishing healing & health from the inside, out.

Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? You should be! For so many, the journey to better health can start and end with nutrition. In a world where there is so much conflicting information out there it can hard to determine whether are healing or hurting your body with the food you are putting into it. Sound familiar?

The reality is we are living in a world where we are overmedicated and undernourished. Our bodies are craving quality foods but the food system in our country has led us down a path of deceivingly healthy appearing, yet health debilitating processed foods.

I have been there. I know how hard it is. But there is hope! I have experienced healing through Nutrition Response Testing and completely changing my own health and my mindset around food. I am now living my best life and want to help others do the same. This drives my passion.
