I’m Jordan, a licensed massage therapist and the owner of Bodywork Energetics in St. Michaels. I specialize in chronic pain relief, using therapeutic massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and cupping to help clients feel supported, mobile, and more at ease in their bodies.

As a massage therapist 💆‍♀️, I keep things simple. If I’m using it every single day in my practice, it’s because it truly works.

Two non-negotiables in my sessions:

Renew organic face + body oil

A little truth moment 👣

As someone who massages barefoot and spends a lot of time without shoes, both inside and outside, I’ve struggled with really dry feet for as long as I can remember. Most of the time it doesn’t bother me.

But in the winter, when I’m wearing more shoes and boots, I notice my heels crack a little worse. They feel more dry, uncomfortable, and honestly… not great.

One of my favorite simple hacks has been slathering my feet with our Relief Magnesium Cream and pulling on a pair of socks. I’ll do this overnight, or even during the day at home when I can.
