Getting a little personal here and letting you into a morning in my studio. Just a small movement session before I get to work.

As a bodyworker, can you relate to the need to feel grounded… to feel in the flow?

I’ve been doing this for 10 years. I danced for four years before that. Movement is a part of me.

I danced barefoot. I work barefoot.
