It’s that time of year again: it’s cooling down outside, the holidays are here, and our classes are BUSY!

Finding yourself on a waitlist? Keep an eye on your texts, email and/or our app. Waitlists often clear, especially overnight, and you’ll be notified once you’ve been admitted into class.
Opted out of your notifications? You can easily check your status by downloading our free app, and navigating to the class you’re waitlisted for. Next to the class name, you’ll notice either a CANC BOOKING option - which means you’re in - or you’ll see what number you are on the waitlist.

We have a 2 hour cancellation window that we enforce for waitlisted classes only. If your plans change, please remove yourself from class or the waitlist to allow another student the opportunity to practice with us.

At ONX + Amelia we believe that there is a collective responsibility to community. And we are humbled by and grateful for the power of our community every, single day.

In light of the impending loss of SNAP benefits, we are hosting a food drive from November 1st - November 30th. We will be collecting donations at both of our O+ A locations and delivering goods weekly throughout the month of November for Keystone Community Services in Saint Paul.

The change of seasons brings exciting updates to our schedule! You may have already noticed that we now offer two more opportunities to take Yoga Sculpt at our Northeast studio 🤩

Join us for Yoga Sculpt on Tuesdays + Thursdays at 9 AM! If you’ve never tried it, Yoga sculpt is a heated, music-driven, total body cardio, and strength workout that combines yoga postures with free weights. As Amelia likes to say, “It’s a run to the finish line right from the beginning!“ See you there! 🩷

The last few days have found us full of sadness, grief, fear and anger. We have been left with moments where we feel both powerless when contemplating the shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church and School, and also driven to call upon our incredible studio communities to come together and make a difference. The ONX and O+A communities are more than just yoga and fitness students and teachers. We are a collective family. As studios and spaces devoted to helping people feel their best, we also hope and aim to use our platforms the best way we know how.

This month, we will be hosting free classes at ONX and O+A every week. Classes will be free to all who are impacted and to those who donate to a verified GoFundMe fundraiser that was organized with the purpose of directly benefitting all 20 victims of this tragedy, though opportunities to donate will be available in studio all month. Please check the schedule for free class opportunities. And if you have the means, we encourage you to donate, even if you are not attending a free class.

In the meantime, below are some resources and ways that you can help support those within the Annunciation community and beyond.

MEMORIAL BLOOD CENTERS: There is a critical blood shortage in the Twin Cities. Consider donating blood if you are able; blood can be donated every 8 weeks, up to 6 times per year.

INDIVIDUAL GOFUNDME PAGES: While we are fundraising for all 20 shooting victims, many of the children have their own verified GoFundMe pages that can be found below.

WATER AND SNACKS: If you will be visiting the Annunciation memorial, the volunteers have requested cases of water and snacks to help feed the daily visitors.

ANNUNCIATION HOTLINE: The hotline is accepting donations that will be distributed directly to impacted families. Text ACF1 to 41444 to donate.
