This week, we are donating an additional $6,700 to multiple mutual aid efforts, which will directly and positively help support individuals and families in great need in our immediate communities. To ensure the safety and security of all involved, we will not be sharing the names of the specific mutual aid initiatives. We appreciate your trust that this money will be given to those who are most vulnerable in this moment.

Since this nightmare began, we are proud to say we've donated almost $20,000 to our community. Most of these donations we've announced publicly, though we've continued to donate, support, and give our time behind the scenes. And we will continue to do so. Thank you for making this possible.

To our beloved community. We have made the decision to remain open tomorrow, Friday, January 30th. It has felt like an extra hard week for O+A and having a safe place to gather and regulate has quite honestly felt like a lifeline for us.

We are rounding out our January initiative to donate 25% of all retail sales and class packages and are excited to share with you what we have been able to accomplish together this past month and where these funds will be allocated.

Until then, remember that we are stronger together, we love you and we remain committed to seeing all of the beauty of Minnesota inside of this mess. 💗

We stand in solidarity with our immigrant community, and we stand in support of both our O+A and our greater Minnesota community.

Continuing to provide a safe space to land, to move, and to breathe to those who need it is one of many ways we hope to offer that support, now and always.

On Friday, January 23rd, our last classes of the day will be 12p Power Yoga in St. Paul and 12p Burnout in NE. All other classes will be free. This includes both in studio and livestream classes.

Please note that to ensure your spot in class or via livestream, pre-registration is required through our website, MindBody app or O+A app.

We are heartened by the kind words you have shared in response to our efforts to support our greater community. This morning, we donated $5,000 plus fees to CLUES, Minnesota's largest Latino-led non-profit organization. Its mission is to advance social and economic equity and wellbeing for Latinos through various programs and initiatives, including food access.

We also donated to Neighborhood House, which is currently working in partnership with Burrito Mercado to connect culturally relevant foods with Latino families in St. Paul. A $2,500 plus fees donation was made to directly fund this partnership's Food Support program. An additional $2,500 donation was directed to its Emergency Food Delivery initiative.

Our CLUES donation receipt is included here, as well as one of the two emails we received indicating our bank transfer is in process to Neighborhood House. We will post those receipts when we receive them to our stories.

We will be donating more: we are extending our donation of 25% of all retail + class package to capture sales through the end of January, rather than for the two weeks stated in our previous post. Class packages never expire. Stock up now to help make an even greater impact. Packages can be purchased online or in studio 🩷

What we are witnessing in the Twin Cities is the antithesis of everything we stand and fight for at O+A. We are committed to continuing to offer a safe, empowering space for all to feel welcome, free, strong, and safe.

That does not include ICE agents.

The holidays are here, and classes are BUSY! Check our schedule online for modified classes on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, + New Year’s Day. Both studios are closed on Christmas Day.

Finding yourself on a waitlist? Keep an eye on your texts, email and/or our app. Waitlists commonly clear, especially overnight, and you’ll be notified if you’ve been admitted into class. In case you’ve opted out of our notifications, you can easily check your status by downloading our free app, and navigating to the class you’re waitlisted for. Next to the class name, you’ll notice either a CANCEL BOOKING option - which means you’re in - or you’ll see what number you are on the waitlist.

We have a 2 hour cancelation window that we enforce for waitlisted classes only. If your plans change, please remove yourself from class or the waitlist to allow another student the chance to practice.

🚨 New Class Time Alert: 5:45am Monday BURNOUT with Sophie at our Northeast studio!

Beginning 12/22, our Monday Burnout will have this slightly earlier start time. This new time only affects Mondays at Northeast and is noted on the schedule online. We hope this serves our early morning community and allows others to hop into class where that 15 minutes makes a difference in their day. We can’t wait to see you there!
