❄️ Snowstorm Update ❄️

Tomorrow morning’s adjusting hours are closed due to the snowstorm (because… Minnesota 😅).

This photo pretty much sums up how we’re all feeling about another snow day. We’re officially ready for spring! 🌷☀️

Good news: We’ll still be open for evening adjusting hours from 2:30–5:30 PM.

Please help us welcome our newest Team Member, Ashley A!

Ashley recently joined our team in the Winter of 2026. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Ashley’s path to the team was inspired by her own journey as a chiropractic patient; having experienced the life-changing benefits of care firsthand. She lives in St. Paul with her husband Kevin and their two cats.
When she isn’t at the office, Ashley stays busy managing a real estate business alongside her husband. She is enjoying trading the beach for the local trails and spends her free time hiking and staying active outdoors. A lover of holistic health, she carries that wellness-minded approach into her home life as a gardener, cook, and baker. Ashley is honored to be a part of your wellness team and looks forward to cheering you on as you reach your health goals.
