UnitedHealthcare is now offering an HMO/Managed Care insurance plan in Central Nebraska. If you are enrolled in this type of plan, there are a few important things to know:

➡ You must have a Primary Care Provider (P*P).
➡ Your P*P must send an electronic referral before you can see a specialist.
➡ If you see a specialist without a referral, you may be responsible for the full cost of the visit.
UnitedHealthcare requires members to understand and follow these rules as part of their insurance coverage.

🩺 Medical Staff Monday 🩺
Dr. Hahn is a graduate of Fremont High School. She received her undergraduate education from Wayne State College, where she majored in Chemistry Health Science and minored in Exercise Science under the direction of the RHOP program. Dr. Hahn attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center from 2012-2016, where she earned her Doctor of Medicine degree. She completed Family Medicine Residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in June 2019.
Dr. Hahn is Board Certified in Family Medicine, and is also certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Life Support Obstetrics (ALSO).
Dr. Hahn joined the Medical Staff at HCMC in August of 2019. She resides in St. Paul with her husband, Neal and their children Davis, Hattie, and Cal.
