DayBreak of St. Paul Ebenezer's DayBreak Program provides care, connections and celebrations to make each day special. Ebenezer DayBreak of St. Ebenezer’s DayBreak of St.

Paul offers seniors social activities, connection with peers, and care during the day, and allows them to return to their homes at night. Daily socializing can lead seniors to happier and more satisfying lives; these activities challenge the mind and body, which may help ward off and slow the progress of memory loss. Exercise, spiritual services, snacks & meals, music, holiday & birthday celebrations, and special outings are just some of the activities Adult Day Program members can enjoy. Medication management is offered for a service fee. Paul offers full day programming, Monday through Friday, with support to find transportation options. Programming is made possible by funding support from the State of MN Live Well at Home Grant.
