A little bit about me.
~ I love nature. My favorite place is where the earth meets the water and the sun is setting. ANYWHERE.
~ I believe that to hold space for others you need to do the deep work as well.
~ I have a Masters in Chinese Medicine and graduated in 2015 when I was 42.
~ I have 2 adult children that amaze me. My love and pride for them grows with them.
~ As I age I welcome slowing down.
~ My biggest life lesson thus far; there is power in Surrender.
~ I have been married for 23 years and through the evolution of our union so reveals the depths of that commitment. Just as I honor my own growth, I honor ours.
~ I am a 500 HR Yoga Instructor and graduated in 2022. As I walk along this path of life, it holds my hand and reminds me everyday to show up, lean in, trust, breathe and do the work!
~ Currently my Intention is trusting in my innate wisdom, connecting to my source and sharing my gifts with others.
~ I am a Sun in Aquarius, a Virgo Moon and Rising Sagittarius.
~ I am a hummingbird. Stay curious in life, explore, seek, taste the nectar of life wherever you may fly.

With the rising and setting of the sun a moment of mindfulness reflection occurs. In the pause our inner voice nudges us. At times as soft as a whisper and if unheard an instinctual howl. In this moment we are called inward. We are called to listen with a deep desire. We are called into action. With intuition as our guide a clarity of our path unveils and our intention ignites. The flame burns bright. We are filled with trust and a deep sense of knowing.
Although the journey may at times be solo, and other moments holding hands with others within in it always is you at the center. Holding and loving and trusting.

For me this journey has lead me to join a beautiful group of woman healers and wellness providers at a collaborative space in St Paul.
