We had a successful blood drive last Friday with 38/42 possible donors! Thank you Pam from the Red Cross and fellow Lion Jim for all your hard work helping to put this event on!

We held the event at St. Paul Park City Hall and I want to thank the city for graciously allowing us to hold the event there.

We are looking at times in the future to continue helping those in need.

New face cushions installed and ready for patients!

Dr. Dustin Dukart D.C. is offering Drop Table adjustments now.

What is a drop table adjustment?

It is a Chiropractic technique that finds a nice place for difficult adjustments or when someone wants a little more oomph in their adjustment but may have hesitancies about the side posture adjustments.

The table raises 1-2 inches and is set to the patient's weight.

Then Dr. Dustin delivers the Chiropractic Adjustment through the intended vertebra with intention of reducing the spinal restriction found on palpation (feeling bony alignment by hand.)

The table then drops and the adjustment is set. Many find this a very comfortable process.

They are effective for midback as well as lower back/pelvic adjustments.

These techniques are a great alternative to traditional manual adjustments and the Activator IV tool which is the most gentle, effective tool with the least amount of spinal rotation, but that is for another post!

Newton said that "an object in motion stays in motion" which Dr. Thompson (who invented the drop table) used to design these tables.

Dr. Dustin also uses the deerfield leg length analysis technique (ever heard someone say they had a short leg?) as well as Functional Analysis breathing technique to help determine hidden restrictions in the spine that once unlocked help people move and feel better!

Some may know that I ordered these cushions quite a while ago yet the hurricane down south pushed production back. Still praying for those families that were affected.
