This Friday, January 23rd, our state is going ON STRIKE. We’ve decided not to close, but in every other way stand in solidarity with our fellow community members demanding that ICE leave our beautiful state and be held accountable for their atrocities, which have impacted undocument folks and legal U.S. citizens alike. Their surge in activity has never been about safety—it’s been about control, chaos, and power, not to mention racial and cultural discrimation. Keep spreading love, and consider striking in whatever way you can!
As we enter the new year—one of the busiest times of the year for us—we are again temporarily pausing the addition of new patients. This decision allows us to ensure that we can maintain safe and efficient service and a healthy, sustainable work environment for our staff.

Get ready to ring in ✨ 2026 ✨ by providing us with your updated insurance information! This helps us make the transition to the new year as smooth as possible, so we appreciate you getting this information to us as soon as you have it.
Even if you didn’t make any changes to your plan, the pharmacy-specific numbers on your card may have changed. You can send us a photo of your card via text, the RxLocal app, or email; read us the numbers over the phone; or bring your physical card into the pharmacy, where we’ll scan and add it to your medical record.

We’ve decided to officially adopt the 4 storm drains that surround our corner of the block (2 on Snelling Ave and 2 on St. Clair Ave) through Adopt-a-Drain MN. Keeping storm drains clean prevents flooding by allowing water to flow properly, protects water quality by keeping pollutants out of local waterways, safeguards infrastructure from water damage and erosion, and, ultimately, protects all wildlife (including us!).
Now through December 31st, we’ll be accepting recommendations for fun names for our 4 storm drains! At the new year, we’ll let our staff vote on the winners and will announce them in the DOSE and on here social media.

🇺🇸 This Veteran’s Day, one thing that we can actually DO for our veterans and their families (instead of just saying “thanks”) is to make sure that they have access to the high-quality healthcare services that they need and deserve.
🤦 For over 3 years now, we (and other independent pharmacies across the U.S.) have been unable to serve military members and their families after Express Scripts terminated contracts with over 15,000 indys. This has left veterans without the option of getting prescriptions and care at the local pharmacy of their choice as well as accounted for BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars wasted, to boot.
📈 A bucketload of evidence (including Express Scripts’ own numbers) have shown that they overpay their own pharmacies and underpay competitors like us—it’s time that the U.S. government did their due diligence and held them, and other third-party contractors operating in the healthcare industry, accountable ✊
