Responsible for developing and implementation of marketing and sales programs to ensure maximum occupancy levels and company profitability meeting all Community activity and marketing budgets
• Implementation of all advertising and promotional activities including design, layout, and production.
• Meeting with and educating prospects and/or their families about available services, amenities, and various programs the community has and their benefits.
• Growing and maintaining the community’s social media presence.
• Develop and maintain and a strong working relationship with local businesses, associations, and community organizations that serve and support seniors.
• Develop and implement purposeful, relevant, and innovative in-house events and functions that will generate new traffic to the community.
Other Requirements:
2 or more years of marketing experience or a sales background in senior housing or closely related field.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written; English language skills adequate to allow communication with residents and staff, and to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to network and develop strong working relationships.
• A highly professional appearance and attitude.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Strong commitment to the importance of proactive sales and marketing as it relates to community occupancy.
• Strong computer, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently; be self-motivated and goal-directed
• Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality, and the rights and privacy of others.
