This Black History Month, we honor the strength, resilience, and leadership of Black communities in the face of systems that have not always provided fair or compassionate care.
Black history includes stories of healing, advocacy, and perseverance — especially within healthcare and recovery spaces. It’s a reminder that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported with respect as they work toward health and stability.
As we reflect this month, we recognize the importance of care that honors lived experience, cultural identity, and the right to healing for every person on their recovery journey.
