Did you know that I offer virtual sessions too? 🩷

While virtual meetings could never replicate the experience of in person cuddles (they're not supposed to), there IS much to enjoy and appreciate about virtual sessions.
Like radical acceptance, emotional safety & support, connection, coaching, communication, self-care, personal exploration & play to name a few! Not to mention, the convenience factor of a virtual session can't be beat.

Now, don't get me wrong, I LOVE a good cuddle. That's almost always my first choice. When distance, weather, sickness or disability may be an issue, virtual sessions are there to save the day.

Definitely something to consider giving a try. ☺️

A little note on magic, synchronicity and manifestation.

✨💖✨

Inner child work is a precious resource for myself, many of my clients and countless individuals around the world. 🤱

Over the last few months, I have been developing an inner child workshop that involves using small, customizable cloth dolls. These little dolls would be intended to enhance the process of visualizing & connecting with the inner child, helping to inspire a genuine sense of empathy and care toward oneself. I had such a specific vision, I expected that I would need to make my little dolls by hand...

Apparently, the universe had a different idea & blessed me with a lovely little surprise at Target yesterday! As I was cruising toward the discounted Easter candy section, (don't judge, it was *mostly* for my kid. 😏🌸) I glanced at something that stopped me in my tracks. I almost couldn't believe my eyes! Sitting on a shelf, smiling back at me, were these perfect little cloth dolls!👫 They were exactly what I had been envisioning for my workshops, right down to the yarn hair, changeable clothing and simple little facial features!

I looked around, almost not sure if I was dreaming, and I picked out a little boy and a little girl to take back to my office. I walked off, holding them close to my chest, smiling. Feeling grateful, seen, supported, encouraged and loved by whatever magic this universe is made up of. 🥰

Sometimes we lose touch with this magic. Maybe often. Maybe some of us are completely oblivious to it. But I assure you, it's there. If you look for it, you will start to see it (often in the small, quiet whispers of life that are usually overlooked). If you invite it in, it will eventually show up, joyful and laughing, ready to dance you around and play. 💃✨🕺
