Join Sheila for her Yoga for Strengthen and Restore class series! This class combines a breathing practice, a gentle flowing vinyasa sequence, a series of static postures for building strength, bone density and balance, and several powerful restorative postures. Throughout the 6-week series we will continue to practice the 12+ postures that have been proven to build bone density. By the end of the series, you will feel stronger, more balanced and agile, and more aligned in body and mind. You will also grow confident in your ability to sustain a home practice.

Restore & Explore in Greece: Yoga, Adventure, and Relaxation
May 22-28, 2027

Ann & Dan Blackburn are returning to Amorgos, based on demand, for a week of yoga, relaxation, and adventure.

What's included:
6 nights of luxury seaside accommodations
- 2 meals per day (excluding alcoholic beverages). Other meals can be purchased on-site at the restaurant or in town.
- Twice daily yoga practices led by experienced, award-winning yoga instructors

Join Sheila for her Strengthen and Restore class series! This class combines a breathing practice, a gentle flowing vinyasa sequence, a series of static postures for building strength and balance, and several powerful restorative postures. Throughout each class (and the 6-week series) we will practice several foundational postures of classical hatha yoga and their restorative variations with a focus on alignment. Experience the body's nuanced response when efforting versus resting in awareness. By the end of the workshop series, you will feel stronger, more balanced and agile, and more aligned in your body and your mind.

This class is appropriate for every level of practitioner.

Tula Yoga & Wellness is moving on Feb 16th! After 14 years at the 99 Snelling Avenue N. location in St. Paul, we are moving to 1162 Selby Avenue, St. Paul (across from Pizza Luce). We are sharing space with the St. Paul Yoga Center to help us both be more sustainable. Tula Yoga and St. Paul Yoga Center will remain independent entities, and all else stays the same, e.g. teachers, class/event registrations, website, etc. You will still go through the Tula Yoga & Wellness website.

From Yoga North International SomaYoga Institute: We support a systematic approach to your yoga practice in body, mind, and spirit. Yoga North’s innovative curriculum and pairing of the neuromuscular re-education discipline of Somatics with the ancient wisdom of yoga is a unique blend that brings profound results with less effort in advancing even the seasoned yogi’s practice. Our goal as faculty is to provide:
- Thorough knowledge of postures and a comfort level in teaching and assisting postures in others.
- Comprehensive knowledge of yogic philosophy and ability to relate this understanding in life.
- Opportunities for each student to leave with a much deeper understanding of themselves. The program consists of six intensive weekends, one per month, with a curriculum tailored for progression in body, breath, and yogic philosophy, as well as outside study and practicum work.
