Join Sheila for her Yoga for Strengthen and Restore class series! This class combines a breathing practice, a gentle flowing vinyasa sequence, a series of static postures for building strength, bone density and balance, and several powerful restorative postures. Throughout the 6-week series we will continue to practice the 12+ postures that have been proven to build bone density. By the end of the series, you will feel stronger, more balanced and agile, and more aligned in body and mind. You will also grow confident in your ability to sustain a home practice.
