PilatesFit Reformer isn't your traditional reformer class! Based on classical Pilates principles, PilatesFit utilizes the reformer to build incredible core strength and transform your body to be both flexible and strong using a more contemporary/athletic style. Expect energetic music and timed sets with slow controlled movement designed to push you to muscle failure. This is all done with incredibly low impact movements and a class flow that will have you dripping with sweat by the end.

Hey there! 👋🏻 🚧 Wanted to let everyone know that “Burns Ave” between Hwy 61 & White Bear Ave is closed today for re-paving. “YAY” for a smooth Burns Ave!…. “BOO” to The City of St. Paul for giving us ZERO notice about this road closure that significantly affects our business. 👎🏻🤨

They started at the Burns/61/Upper Afton intersection this morning, so hopefully that will be open later today. But currently the best way to get to the studio is to get on White Bear Ave, turn on Suburban toward Target and follow that road up past Los Ocampo & Popeye’s and exit out the “Do not Enter”, make an immediate left down Kennard and then right on McLean. You’ll follow that all the way until it drops you onto Pacific St where you can turn left to go down to the studio. (See map 👇🏻)

The crews at the intersections have been helpful, so if you get stuck just ask them for help and they will point you in the right direction through the neighborhood.
