ARRM's CEO Sue Schettle, alongside Darlene Scott (CEO of ARRM member The Phoenix Residence Inc.) and Julie Johnson of MSS, participated in a panel session today at ANCOR's conference in Boston. The session was titled "When Policy Lands on Your Doorstep: Crisis Management Lessons from Minnesota."
