Are you a person with a disability who identifies as Homebound and experiencing barriers to getting vaccinated? MCIL's Covid Community Coordinator team can help!

MDH is accepting additions to their secure cloud drive of homebound individuals who are seeking an in-home vaccination in order to strategically plan how and when LPH will be able to route, staff, and dispatch vaccinations to those Homebound individuals.

MCIL’s CCC team is partnering in this effort and has access to add names and contact information of individuals in need of a homebound vaccination to the MDH encrypted cloud drive database. If you or someone you know identifies as Homebound and is still waiting to be vaccinated in-home and would like their name and contact information added to this database, please contact our CCC team at 1-800-409-5594 or email us at mdh@mcil-mn.org.
