Staff Spotlight: Ebony Forslund - Case Manager

Ebony sets a strong example through her consistency, attention to detail, and commitment to quality as a Case Manager.

Ebony earned the first ever perfect audit score of 30 out of 30 and has been a Compliance Champ for multiple months in a row.

During periods of turnover, she has stepped up to take on additional cases while continuing to provide responsive, thorough support. Even with a high caseload, she communicates clearly and provides the level of detail needed when it matters most. She is also an amazing teammate and someone others can rely on.
