Staff Spotlight: Tatiana Steward - DSP

Tatiana is known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed. She is a dependable teammate who consistently goes above and beyond to support both the people in our Day Supports Program and her fellow staff.

In Day Supports, Tatiana brings energy and encouragement to each day. She takes time to understand what matters most to the individuals she supports and helps create meaningful opportunities for them to build skills, explore interests, and feel proud of their accomplishments.

Tatiana is always ready to lend a hand, offer support, or step up when something needs to get done. Her teamwork, dedication, and genuine care make a real difference in our program and in the lives of the people we support.

Staff Spotlight: Sheila Forward

While much of our impact at Accord happens on the front lines, the engine that keeps us running is powered by people like Sheila. Over the last two years, our organization has navigated significant transitions—administrative shifts and program closures that would have sidelined many.

Instead, Sheila stepped forward with a "headstrong" resolve. When our DSPs needed to ensure their payroll was seamless so that service delivery never wavered, Sheila was there. When a veteran biller retired after a decade of service, Sheila didn’t just fill a seat; she stepped up to the plate to master the intricate "ins and outs" of DS and ES programs.

Sheila, thank you for your resilience and for ensuring that "business as usual" means our community always comes first. You are the definition of the Accord mission in action.
