Care Plus is hiring a full-time Director of Nursing.

Summary
We are seeking a skilled Home Health Care RN/ Administrator to join our team. This pivotal role is essential in overseeing our home health services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of delivering high-quality care to our clients.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of home health services, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Monitors services and documentation to meet Home Health policies and procedures, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and standards of Home Health Care.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance service delivery and patient care.
Monitor patient outcomes and quality metrics to ensure high standards of care.
Monitor client's insurance and service agreements to ensure they are active. Work with Case Managers and Care Coordinators to obtain these documents.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations to maintain a skilled workforce.
Engage with patients and families to address concerns and improve service satisfaction.
Qualifications
Licensed RN
Proven experience in home health administration or nursing management.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
Proficient in OASIS.
Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and staff.
Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement initiatives.
