Don’t Hesitate—Save a Life!
Studies show that women are less likely to receive bystander CPR in an emergency, often due to fear of causing harm or discomfort. But the truth is when someone is in cardiac arrest, every second counts—regardless of gender.
If you see someone collapse and become unresponsive:
✔ Call 911
✔ Start hands-only CPR—push hard and fast in the center of the chest (100-120 compressions per minute)
✔ Use an AED if available
