To keep a baby safe, don’t believe all you read online. Here’s a great article in PARENTS magazine (a verified source) on “viral doesn’t mean verified”, and it’s especially true for safe sleep for babies. Take a minute to read to know how to give a baby safe slumber, or check out the American Academy of Pediatrics safe sleep guidelines.

At Second Stork, safe sleep is a priority, and that’s why we give nearly 600 playards with a bassinet attachment, plus over 3000 board books and brochures on safe sleep, to hospitals to distribute to families in need BEFORE they take a newborn out of hospital. Let’s keep all babies safer.

A new investigation from 'Consumer Reports' sheds light on the dangerous information online, just as rates of infant deaths are rising.
