In case you missed it: recent federal court rulings have blocked proposed changes to HUD’s Continuum of Care (CoC) funding.

The CoC program is a primary source of federal funding supporting housing and services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The court cited concerns about potential widespread disruption if the changes were implemented.
