Well, that's an Entira Halloween Costume Contest wrap!

We had so many creative and spooky entries this year. This is always one of the most fun parts of our fall season.

Our landslide winner this year is Melissa, one of our incredible admins in Medical Records, for Most Wickedly Wonderful Costume Winner.

Second Place: #5 3 Blind Mice (Hugo)
Third Place: #4 North St. Paul

Alzheimer's disease is the most common cause of dementia, accounting for 50-75% of all cases. It destroys brain cells and nerves, disrupting how they send messages in the brain, particularly those involved with memory.

While there is no known cause or cure for Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia, with early detection, we can try to slow its progression with support and treatment. Watch our video for some symptoms to be on the lookout for.
