Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. You are enough, just as you are. I know that navigating questions about gender identity and sexuality can feel confusing, overwhelming, and isolating. Whether you’re exploring your identity, facing social pressures from school, family, or work, or just feeling alone, please remember: You are not alone.
In my office, you will be seen as your whole self, with all your unique and complex identities. I am committed to providing a space where you feel welcome, respected, safe, heard, seen, validated, and encouraged. Together, we will work towards empowering you as you grow, discover your strengths, and move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
As a white, q***r, cisgender woman, I bring my own experiences and perspectives to our work together. I’ve had the privilege of supporting LGBTQ+ folx, BIPOC youth, and individuals with eating disorders. My approach is collaborative, holistic, and rooted in multicultural awareness. I am a social justice advocate who believes in equal access and gender-affirmative care, and I strive to be actively anti-racist, recognizing the complexities of privilege and oppression.
I specialize in working with creative individuals and LGBTQ+ adolescents and young adults. If you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, autism, ADHD, or eating disorders, I will help you feel understood, supported, empowered, connected, and accepted while providing you with coping strategies and insights to foster your growth and healing.
