Join Our Team as a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator (Spanish/English)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual (Spanish/English) Staffing Coordinator to join our HR team. This role plays a key part in supporting staffing needs across departments, ensuring we attract, onboard, and retain qualified employees. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, fluent in both English and Spanish, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the full-cycle staffing process, including job postings, interviews, onboarding, and scheduling.

Serve as the main point of contact for staffing-related inquiries from employees and supervisors.

Communicate effectively with Spanish- and English-speaking candidates and team members.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to hiring and staffing activities.

Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as updating databases, tracking attendance, and supporting new hire orientation.

Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and scheduling adjustments.

Qualifications:

Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).

Previous experience in staffing coordination, HR, or a related administrative role preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

A professional in this role would be responsible for supervising direct care staff providing PCA/CFSS and 245D services. As a supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring service recipients get the care they need by coordinating staffing and service activities, hiring and training staff, and addressing any recipient or staff concerns. The Supervisor would be serving as a QP/SP and a DC to ensure coverage for PCA, CFSS, and 245D services.
Position Details:

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Experience/Qualifications
Must meet minimum requirements in one of the following ways:
1) Bachelor's degree in a field related to human services, education, or health, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to people with disabilities or persons age 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children
2) Associate degree in a field related to human services, education, or health, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to people with disabilities or persons age 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children
3) Diploma in a field related to human services, education, or health from an accredited post-secondary institution AND three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to people with disabilities or persons age 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children
4) a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities; and
5) Four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to people with disabilities or people aged 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications listed in 1) - 3)

Focusing on self-directed services in Minnesota, the Self-direction Connection Conference invites individuals with lived experience to share their knowledge with each other. As a first-of-its-kind event in Minnesota, attendees will gather to discuss trends and their experiences with Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) and the Consumer Support Grant (CSG).
