Therapy with Alissa My mission is to provide a warm, understanding space for couples to communicate needs and find grounding together during life’s challenges.

I work with couples, families and individuals (13+) to bring light to how our relationships and ways of relating with the world impact mental and emotional well-being. I have a particular passion for providing support and recognition to those experiencing fertility treatment, infertility, and/or childlessness. As a Marriage and Family Therapy intern, I have learned and practiced models specific to relational therapy. I also bring plenty of life experience, authenticity, humor and hope to the therapeutic process. You will benefit from working with someone who both has a fresh perspective and is supervised by two highly experienced licensed marriage and family therapists. Taking the steps to seek support isn't always easy! I understand that it takes courage and vulnerability to heal and create stronger connection in your most significant relationship. I am honored to work with you as you seek the best from your marriage or partnership. I offer a free initial 15-minute phone consultation, so please reach out with questions!
