Together, we immersed ourselves in a week of deep, intentional training… walking the same path Usui once walked, meditating beneath the very trees that hold this powerful energy.
This was more than a training—it was a truly transformative, heart-opening, and mesmerizing experience

We’re offering Holy Fire III® Reiki 1 & 2 training on February 27–28 at 9:00 am to share a powerful tool for deep relaxation, calming the nervous system, and finding grounding during uncertain times.
This will be a sacred, welcoming space where you can come exactly as you are and experience the beauty of co-regulation in community. We don’t have to do this alone.

We are organizing a GoFundMe to provide groceries for our immigrant community members. Please help if you are able!

Edited to add: We have raised almost $2,000 in less than 24 hours and received a donation from a business for an additional $2,000. Zeidie Marlene filled up her SUV last night with food and is making another run today in a borrowed truck. One family already received a food drop-off, and they were in tears. Bare cupboards became full. Heavy hearts, lightened. Fear alchemized into hope. Thank you!🥲

While I was reviewing content to teach for the Reiki Master class this weekend. I decided to revise the pictures I had for the description of the dormant versus the authentic self. These selfies are from before I started my healing journey, to a couple months ago. What a difference Reiki makes!
