Good Morning!

Living without a thyroid and surviving cancer is tough. I been doing it since early 2000. I have found that taking supplements is key to feeling healthy.

I have also found taking steriods can tank your levels.

Eat right lots of plants and stay away from processed wheat.

Calling all Thyroid Cancer folks. This includes caregivers, survivor's and those experience thyroid cancer as well. Looking to have a support meeting this spring or summer but really trying to get a sense of who is interest in attending. Please comment on this post.

Really would like to have a support group meeting and do yoga and other activities in the park some time late May.
