A lot of people have been coming into their sessions with a heavy heart. There is a lot going on in the world. Its hard to feel like yourself when so much is happening.

We have to remember that we can only control so much and our peace is something we have to make a priority. Whether it's massage, meditation, reaching out to community, yoga. Whatever you need, remember that you deserve to feel aligned again. Even just being away from your phone for an hour can help so much.
