Yesterday I spent some time in the kitchen of our food pantry, trimming up some donated beef. The beef comes from a very nice restaurant and is considered premium. Anyhow, I forgot to tie up the trash bag that I tossed the trimmings into and when I came in this morning - big stink! It was rotting in the bag and it was foul! That was just for 15 hours or so at 75* and the stench was brutal. Imagine what that same meat is doing inside your body at 98*!! I am so glad and forever grateful to my doctor for setting me on the right path! No rotting meat in this body! Let's hear it for raw produce!🍎🍊🍌🍉🍇🍓🫐🍒🍍🍅🍆🥦🥬🌽🥕🧄🥔🍠🥥

Just did a 2-week plant based whole food grocery shop at Sam’s Club and spent less than $50 ($10 of that was for pure pomegranate juice) for everything. That combined with maybe $30 that l’ll spend at Trader Joe’s tomorrow will feed me nicely for 2 weeks. Eating healthy is not expensive!!
