Pheasants Ridge's 9th annual End of Summer BBQ was a success! The weather had us on our toes right to the very last second, but the rain stopped & the sun peeked through. We had a great event, visiting with family & friends, eating yummy food, and singing karaoke together!

Earlier this year, Pheasants Ridge was surveyed by the state of MN. If you are unfamiliar, its basically a required test on all categories & in all depts. There's no warning. The assessor calls in the morning and says "I'll be there in and hour", and then spends the entire week at the facility. It is a taxing week on the team, to say the least...
👉In our case though, thanks to our absolutely AMAZING team of Direct Care, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Activities, Nursing and Administrative staff, along with PR's supportive owners, WE ACED IT!! What a treat it is to work alongside such wonderful people each day. To show our appreciation, the team was treated to dinner at Crooked Pint or brunch at Weggy's, and a time was had at both! Shout out again to PR's Rockstars with hearts of gold!
