I use Yoga & Reiki to guide and support you on your journey of self-healing & self-care. It's important to recognize that grounding, healing, and any change or progress requires effort and continuous practice. To be grounded is to be calm, present, & secure. We feel more authentic in our body & can receive nourishing energy, which increases our healing potential. When grounded our energy is balanced, we respond rather than react, and experience our emotions & remain in control of them. Connecting to nature and the earth offers comfort and we can experience an interconnectedness. Through awareness and practice, our relationship with our self can be free of judgment and comparison. When we see ourselves through a lens of love and compassion, we ultimately see others through this beautiful lens. When we are grounded we know that life is beautiful, and it's easy to live harmony and with right action.
