When a joint stops moving the way it was designed to, the body struggles to heal and compensate. As a Chiropractor, my job is to evaluate which joints are moving well and which ones aren’t. 🛏️ The 3 Most Common Sleeping Positions (and How They Affect Your Spine)
In this video, I break down the three most common ways people sleep and how each position impacts your posture and spinal health.

1️⃣ Back Sleeping — The most common and the most neutral position. It supports a natural spinal curve, allowing your body to fully rest.

2️⃣ Side Sleeping — A close second. Adding a pillow between your knees helps relax the legs, pelvis, and low back for better alignment.

3️⃣ Stomach Sleeping — The least ideal. It forces the low back to sag and the neck to rotate for long periods, leading to tension and stiffness.
