Good Morning! I’ve been working on updating this page. I haven’t been able to update the name yet. The struggle of being tech ignorant. Many of you know I’m now a licensed massage therapist, I’m also about halfway done my reflexology training. I’ve been putting a lot of energy into Somatic work. I’ve been using it in my private sessions , and am quite impressed with the results I’m seeing. I will be offering a somatic stretching 5 week course. In this workshop you will learn a bit about chronic pain, why it may be happening, and tools to relive that pain at home. This offering is based on the work of Moshe Feldenkreis, Thomas Hanna , and a bit of Pete Egoscue method. These are very meditative , so I’ve scheduled this 90 minute practice a bit later . Classes will begin in Monday 9/27 at 6:15 and continue for 5 weeks. You will receive handouts and be assigned movement homework This class is open to 6 fully vaxxed individuals, you will be socially distanced at 6 feet apart .For people unvaxxed reach out I’ve got something for you too!
