Happy Win Wednesday 🌱

Today at our North Campus, we celebrated Earth Day in a fun and meaningful way by planting a tree together! Our students got hands-on helping with the process while also learning about the importance of caring for our environment.

It was such a great opportunity to turn a simple activity into a lesson on growth, responsibility, and making a positive impact. We’re proud of our students for getting their hands a little dirty and their hearts connected to the world around them 💚

What’s Your Win Wednesday 💙

Three months ago, this little guy was just starting a tolerating walking program using his gait trainer. Slow, steady, and built on patience.

Yesterday, he walked 28 steps in a row! 👏 Twenty-eight steps of strength, determination, and progress that didn’t happen overnight. It’s the kind of win that reminds us why we celebrate every small step, because they add up to something incredible! So proud of him and the consistency behind this moment!

✨ Wednesday Win! ✨

We are so excited to celebrate a huge milestone this week! 🙌

One of our students just started working on our school’s vocational training coffee cart (ABS Beans). This was a big change to his usual routine. Change can be tough, but he handled it incredibly well!

He went classroom to classroom, safely stayed on task, and independently asked staff and peers if they had any dirty dishes, then brought them back to the kitchen like a pro! ☕👏

We are so proud of him for stepping outside his comfort zone, navigating unfamiliar classrooms, and staying safe the entire time. Growth like this is HUGE!

Way to go! We’re cheering you on every step of the way! 💙

Congratulations to our Clinic & Community April Employee of the Month: Samantha Heininger

Sam is currently a BCBA in our Early Intervention Clinic program. She joined the team in the summer of 2025. Shortly after joining the team she was promoted to a Senior BCBA role as her leadership skills began to show. She was previously working in both children’s and adult services, specializing in children’s services. Sam obtained her BCBA over 3 years ago and has been doing amazing things ever since! As the Senior BCBA in our Early Intervention Clinic she is responsible for so many things including new BCBA training and onboarding, client onboarding, and overseeing practicum students. She manages these job tasks all while serving the 7 children on her direct caseload. Her contributions to the opening of our new clinic building in January 2026 were plentiful. She is reliable, professional, and a potty-training master! Sam’s relentless efforts to build relationships and cultivate a culture of respect and integrity have paid off. The clinic is thriving and it’s much thanks to her and her dedication. Well done, Sam!

Happy World Autism Awareness Day 💙

Today, we celebrate the incredible strengths, individuality, and potential of the autistic individuals we have the privilege to support every day.

We are grateful for the families we partner with and the progress—big and small—that we get to be part of.

Awareness is just the beginning. Acceptance, understanding, and meaningful support are what truly make a difference.

Together, we can build a more inclusive and supportive world. ♾️

Our Wednesday was full of incredible wins 💙

We saw students successfully fade supports while still having excellent behavior days, use their words to communicate instead of engaging in unsafe behaviors, and independently demonstrate important life skills like preparing breakfast and using the bathroom.

Beyond the skill-building, it was also a day full of connection with staff and students building rapport, sharing laughs, and genuinely enjoying time together.

It’s been such a successful week, and we couldn’t be more proud of our students. We’re so grateful to spend our days learning and growing alongside them!

✨ Wednesday Wins ✨

We’re celebrating some amazing communication and independence milestones this week!

One friend independently signed and vocalized “no” and said “all done” —such powerful self-advocacy! 🌿

We’re also seeing exciting progress with speech for another friend who is using new sounds, quietly practicing words, greeting others, and even starting to express wants both with and without prompts. Plus, initiating play like a game of catch! 🥎

What HUGE growth! We’re so proud!

🤠✨ West Campus Went WILD! ✨🤠

Our very first school dance was a rootin’ tootin’ success! From cowboy hats to boots on the ground, our students showed up and showed out for our Wild Wild West theme 🐎🌵

The dance floor was full, the energy was high, and the smiles said it all 💃🏽🕺🏽

We are so proud of our students and staff for making this event unforgettable—full of fun, laughter, and great memories 🤍

A big thank you to our amazing staff for bringing this event to life and creating such a special experience for our school community!
