Moments like this are the very reason we are in the business of helping our community in Saint Peters.

Kathleen K., who came to us with an orthopedic issue affecting her quality of life, recently surprised our lead physical therapist, Josh Telfer, with a handmade gift as a heartfelt thank you. It was a simple, genuine gesture; but one that speaks volumes about trust, connection, and the relationships we’re privileged to build with the people we serve.

We are deeply appreciative of moments like these because they reinforce our core values of care, gratitude, and community. Physical therapy is never just about treating an injury; it’s about listening, showing up consistently, and supporting patients through challenges that impact their daily lives. Seeing Kathleen’s progress and knowing she felt supported enough to express her appreciation reminds us why we do what we do every single day.

Patient satisfaction matters to us because it reflects the full experience — clinical outcomes, personal attention, and feeling genuinely cared for. When patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their recovery, the results go beyond physical healing. We’re grateful to Kathleen for trusting us with her care and for reminding our entire team that compassion and commitment truly make a difference.

Just realized we did not post our press release here on META platform, here it is...

Last July 2025, Turker and Devecigil are introducing an effective new health and wellness resource to Saint Charles County with the opening of the newest FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Clinic at 231 Salt Lick Road, Saint Peters, MO, 63376.

With more than 575 centers across 46 states, FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers offers a holistic approach to wellness. FYZICAL not only helps clients recover from injuries and surgeries but also helps them achieve better overall health and wellness. With its Balance Therapy Program, FYZICAL helps treat the vast and complex range of issues that can cause balance disorders in a safe and challenging environment.

As owners, we come from different professional paths, technology and community services, but share a deep commitment to independence, connection, and personal growth. These values have shaped every step of our journey, including our decision to open a FYZICAL clinic in St. Peters. After the pandemic, like many, we reevaluated what truly matters. We knew we wanted to build something meaningful; something that helps others move forward, stronger.

For us, physical therapy felt personal from the start. Both of us have experienced the highs and lows of physical therapy through sports injuries: one of us had an achilles tendon surgery that led to an incredible recovery; the other endured a slow, nine-month healing process after a rotator cuff injury. We also watched our grandmother decline after a hip fracture, never truly regaining her independence. These moments taught us that great physical therapy isn’t just about treatment. It’s about dignity, mobility, and the confidence to live fully.

That’s what FYZICAL represents for us: A whole-body, science-based approach that puts people, not just symptoms, at the center. Our clinic is more than a business; it’s a mission. We’re here to be a trusted partner in our community’s wellness journey. From offering services to those in need, to leading education on fall prevention and balance training, we’re committed to helping our neighbors thrive.

As local owners, we’re proud to bring compassionate, personalized care to Saint Peters and to do it with purpose, resilience, and heart. Our vision is to help build a healthier, stronger Saint Peters community, one person at a time.

City of Saint Peters’ new FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers’ Clinic will offer a wide variety of services designed to address a broad range of diagnoses, conditions and concerns, including dizziness, balance, and neurologic issues. The center will also offer an orthopedic rehabilitation program that helps patients reduce and reverse orthopedic pain or immobility and its attendant health issues.

“We are thrilled to bring our innovative and comprehensive wellness treatments to the City of Saint Peters” said Brian Belmont, FYZICAL’s CEO. “This is a great community with a demonstrated demand for what we have to offer, and we couldn’t be more excited to get started.”

🧠 Concussions Aren’t Just “Head Injuries” and Recovery Isn’t One Size Fits All

A concussion can affect balance, vision, coordination, concentration, sleep, and mood; sometimes long after the initial injury.

And many people don’t realize that specialized physical therapy plays a critical role in recovery.

At FYZICAL Saint Peters, our Concussion Care approach focuses on:
✔ Balance and vestibular (inner ear) rehabilitation
✔ Visual tracking and coordination
✔ Gradual return to daily activity, work, or sport
✔ Reducing dizziness, headaches, and brain fog
✔ Restoring confidence and safety with movement

Whether the concussion came from:
• A fall
• A car accident
• Sports or recreational activity
• A workplace injury
early, targeted care can make a meaningful difference.

📍 If you or a loved one is still dealing with symptoms weeks or even months later, it may be time for a deeper evaluation.

📞 Feel free to message us, email us at saintpeters@fyzical.com or call our clinic at 636-800-4600 to learn more about our Concussion Care program and whether it’s right for you.

Your brain (and your balance) deserves expert care. 💙
