Question One: What inspired you to start your fitness journey at ISI, and what keeps you coming back?
I joined ISI because I wanted something that would keep me consistent and push me past what I’d do on my own. I needed structure, accountability, and people around me who wanted the same thing, to get stronger and show up for themselves. What keeps me coming back is that every time I leave, I feel better.
Even on days I don’t feel like going, I never regret it. 💚
Question Two: What’s your favorite part of training here: workout, community, or coaches?
Definitely the coaches and the community. The coaches are always there to push you in the best way, they notice your effort, help with form, and somehow know exactly when you need encouragement. And the members honestly keep me motivated too. Seeing how consistent and strong everyone is makes me want to keep showing up and match that same energy.🔥
Question Three: What’s a personal milestone or achievement you’re most proud of since joining ISI?
I’ve lost 12 pounds since joining, but even more than that, I feel stronger than I have in a long time. My endurance and confidence have both improved so much. I used to second-guess myself all the time, and now I actually feel proud of what my body can do. 💪
Question Four:
How has ISI impacted your life outside the gym?
It’s made me way more consistent overall, with workouts, nutrition, and even how I take care of myself day to day. I have more energy and I just feel more balanced. It’s become part of my routine in the best way, and it’s given me a lot more confidence outside the gym too. 💯
