Only runners with poor biomechanics (running funny) are susceptible to stress fractures. Call me so that we may address other issues that arise from poor biomechanics and find a running coach to teach you the proper way to run.

There are many risk factors for developing a stress fracture, and different sports put athletes at risk for fractures in different locations.
